Welcome to Tamoke. By accessing and using our diving equipment rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By renting diving equipment from Tamoke, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
To rent diving equipment from Tamoke, you must:
All equipment is inspected and maintained to the highest safety standards before rental. You are responsible for inspecting the equipment upon receipt and reporting any defects or concerns immediately. Tamoke is not liable for equipment failure due to misuse or negligence by the renter.
Equipment rental periods are calculated on a daily basis unless otherwise specified. The rental period begins when you collect the equipment and ends when you return it to our facility. Late returns may incur additional charges at our standard daily rental rate.
Full payment is required at the time of equipment collection. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A security deposit may be required for certain high-value equipment items, which will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the equipment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental cost. No-shows will forfeit the entire rental fee.
As a renter of our diving equipment, you agree to:
Tamoke provides diving equipment rental services only. We are not responsible for your diving activities, safety, or any injuries or accidents that may occur during your use of the equipment. Diving is an inherently dangerous activity, and you assume all risks associated with the sport.
You are financially responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment during the rental period. Charges for damage or loss will be based on the repair cost or replacement value of the equipment. In cases of severe damage or total loss, you will be charged the full retail replacement cost of the equipment.
Tamoke strongly recommends that all renters maintain current diving certifications and dive within their certification limits. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who does not meet safety requirements or whose certification level does not match the equipment or dive conditions.
Tamoke reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
